Movie Nights
So last Saturday, we went out and decided to finally get our TV set. Yay!!! We’ve been living for the past 3-4 weeks without a TV. I hated it! So, we got a 32 inch flat screen TV, which we bought at the PX (military store) meaning no tax, and a Sony DVD player. I was expecting DVD players to be a lot cheaper but the cheapest we found at Walmart was freaking $40 plus tax. Wth? Oh well, we needed a DVD player so we could watch movies on our TV instead of using our laptops. We still don’t have cable though. Comcast said they’d come install everything on Tuesday, so still no TV for us. *dies*
Anyway, we also bought the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie that night, and then on Sunday (on Halloween), we went out again and bought a cooling fan for my laptop, a TV stand, and 4 more movies; Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Ghost Rider, The Eye, and The Last House on the Left. Now we have a different movie to watch almost every night of the week, lol. I love having ‘movie nights’.
It’s the perfect way to relax after a long, tiring day.
Speaking of movies, I went to see Michael Jackson’s This Is It last week, as well. I loved it! I’m sure you will all love it, even if you’re not a big MJ fan. It was so awesome to see him sing and dance with such passion and love. The other dancers, singers and the band were also pretty great. I enjoyed every single part of this film. Michael was such an amazing performer… There will never be anyone like him.
P.S. My hubby and I make 9 months of our marriage tomorrow, Nov. 6th.

.
I saw The Last House on the Left the other night, it was so good! I loved that they killed those assholes xP
Oh well.
If I can’t watch Grey’s Anatomy every week I almost have a breakdown… which is actually pretty sad.

I think I would die without my DVD player, I’ve nearly always got a movie on (right now it’s Superhero Movie) and its true, there’s nothing lke curling up on the couch with a good film… its a perfect destress!
