Military Museum
Hey everyone. As you can see, I’ve put up a new layout. I love it! It was designed and coded by the talented Catherine from Skylish. I really like the colors and that it’s so girly. 
I edited the CSS a bit and added a little site description below the name. I hope you guys like it as much as I do! I know I haven’t made my own themes in a while, but that’s because I honestly don’t have the time or motivation to start from scratch. Maybe one of these days I’ll start editing one of my old layouts and see what I come up with. But for now, I’m sticking with this one cause it’s simply lovely. 
In other news, my hubby and I went to the military museum at the Fort Lewis Army base in WA, on Wednesday. It was pretty cool. What I liked the most about it was that not only did they have simulations and models of military artifacts, but they also had brief history explanations of what went on and what each item was used for. It was nice to be able to read about U.S history and see all the stuff they used back then – rifles, pistols, swords, knives, the different uniforms, etc – and know it was all for our freedom. We also got to see a lot of machine guns and vehicles. Just knowing that those huge machines I was looking at had actually been used in combat by the U.S Army was just awesome. One random question: What do you think about Windows 7? I don’t think I’m gonna upgrade yet cause I feel like it’d be a waste of money, since Vista has never given me any problems. Apparently, it looks like Vista – I saw a laptop with Windows 7 at the PX store – but it works like XP, which is what the guy at the store told my husband and me. Hmm… Nah, upgrade later. xD

I agree with you, upgrading is a waste of money, unless you have that free upgrade… but yeah im sticking with Vista for now it’s not even that bad, i’ve never had problems with it either.

It’s great when a museum properly explains everything to you so that you go away feeling like you’ve actually learnt something. I love the photos that you took!
I think you should only upgrade to Windows 7 if there’s something new on it that you really want. But if you’re happy with Vista then there’s no need to spend money on an upgrade you don’t need!
Wow, this really is a great layout! Don’t worry about not putting up your own theme, I’m not motivated enough to put my own up either. People put coded layouts up for a reason, right?

Hm, I don’t think I have Windows 7. Maybe I do… I don’t know haha my computer guy takes care of updating our system and all that.
I wouldn’t upgrade either though if you are happy with what you have

I agree with you actually. I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it but I found it more like a challenge for myself than anything. I have trouble thinking of blog topics as it lol, so I’m not sure I’d be able to cope.
Oh that’s my worst habit too haha, I don’t usually get dressed until about 1-2pm haha.

Catherine’s layouts are just stunning. There’s nothing wrong with using premades, especially when you have no motivation! I hope you get some soon though.

I love Windows 7, obviously. It’s a lot quicker than Vista which I love. You don’t have to upgrade though, I mean you have tons of time to decide. :3
Haha, that’s just awesome though. :3 I didn’t get dressed till 2:30pm today and I had a shower about 7pm and then got in my PJs again. I might as well just not get dressed. xD
Yeah… I wouldn’t pay for it to be honest. My step got it for me for free (a genuine copy), but I don’t think you should have to pay all that money for it. o_O

The pictures are all awesome. We have like that here but we often visit. But we do, like when we have trips for school.
Windows 7 is a lot quicker than Vista as they say but I’m not going to upgrade. Still love XP.

In fact, I have Windows 7 and it works great! Many people that have it also said that they really like it. I used to have Windows Vista, but Windows 7 runs a lot better and is just overall, really good.

Ohh a museum, eh? I love going to museums! They never fail to make me feel nostalgic and make me appreciate the things I have with me at the moment even more.
I was thinking of upgrading my system to Windows 7 but my boyfriend discouraged me from doing so coz he said that it’s best I wait for a few more years for it to be more stable and all. Oh well. Hope it’s worth the wait, though!
Lmao I know, some of the spellings are just outrageous, it’s quite funny. Well, Vikki is a common spelling so I guess that’s why some people do it but my auntie?! She’s just weird lol.
I would have guessed that your name was spelt wrong a lot and not pronounced properly. I mean, whenever you comment me or I visit your site I always try saying your name lol. I’m not sure I say it right because it’s hard to tell from writing it down. You should do a vlog and say it.

OH wow.. 1am? That’s like suuper late.. when they showed it over here it was on around 11pm which I thought was already pretty late but I guess they couldn’t show it 8pm because of the language they used and the sex and stuff..

I totally love this theme by Catherine. I wanted to use it on stillme.info as the first layout but it just didn’t want to work xD No matter how hard I tried.
I am a really big fan of things like that. History at school might be boring – but if you actually get to see those things, it’s way easier. We once were in Berlin for 5 days with my class and also went to Potsdam to visit one of the KZ’s that the nazis build back then. I thought it was interesting. It was all about the people that lived in it and stuff like that. We even got to see the “hospitals” and stuff.. Those were the awkward and kinda disgusting moments.. We were allowed to walk around the whole thing and look into the “houses” that were open and stuff.. I think schools should do something like that more often. Just plain history can be boring – you gotta show the students what you’re talking about.
I have no idea how Windows 7 is like – but I think when I get a laptop (hopefully) for christmas I’ll get it with Windows 7. It seems to look really cute and if it really works like XP – I’ll get it for sure xD
